Question: What is the legal height of an undercover car park in a commercial building and is it required to have any signs mentioning the height? I’d also like to know requirements for extra fittings done on the ceiling, such as AC ducts. That is, how much height clearance should they have and what happens if the building does not meet legal parking height?

You may also find more information in the national construction code and that would depend on when the building was built and what standards or codes were in place at that time.
