A: According to the Queensland Government’s publications portal, there are two types of form 8’s.
A “Form 8” is for property agents and property developers. They must fill out this form to tell a prospective buyer if they have any relevant interests in the sale (including third-party interests). More information and the form itself can be found here.
Whereas a “BCCM Form 8” is to include information on a body corporate roll. This can found here.
