We live in a 3 year old apartment complex and have our elderly father with us. The visitors park does not have a designated disabled visitor park. Management says there is a dual purpose park ,which is not signposted as disabled, as they do not have enough visitors parks if they permanently mark one as disabled. When I questioned them on the matter I received a very rude response stating they did not have to provide one. I found it odd as our previous apartment block was smaller and did provide one.

Hello Vineta, common property parking and visitor parking is controlled by the body corporate of the scheme, and therefore may differ from your previous apartment block. As there is not enough visitor parking at the complex, it is understandable that the body corporate do not want to allocate it solely as a disabled parking.
