I had an insurance claim, reported through the strata and it’s corresponding insurance. I was told to complete the repairs first (which I paid for) and send the invoices/receipts for the reimbursement. It has been almost 3 months and the strata is still not reimbursing my money. What are my options to recover the money as soon as possible? Can strata legally hold the insurance claimed money?
