Our strata have three properties and it is managed by a strata manager. The other two owners are keen to switch to self-managed. I’m very uncomfortable about this due to the work and risks involved. As I am at a 2-1 minority is there anything I can do to prevent a move to self-managed if the other owners decide they want to go through with it? – David, NSW
