A: Although this may not be likely, it is still always good practice to notify your neighbours of any repairs/maintenance work being carried out. This may help ensure you have a smooth experience on the day you/a contractor makes the replacements, without anyone questioning the noise (as long as it’s at acceptable levels) or why contractors are coming in and out of the property.
