Q: We have a VIC body corporate number or we think it is one, is there a way of searching on this number it has been set up to provide insurance for the buildings for 3 units but this is the only info we have on the body corporate

A: For more information, contact the Land Titles Office and request a copy of the Plan of Subdivision. Alternatively, review the section 32 statement from your contract of sale when you purchased the property. When searching the land titles register, you can use the property address to search for associated Owners Corporation details if the lot is part of one.
