If an owner intends to be nominated to the committee, do they have to disclose any medical conditions they may have that may affect their decision making? – Joan, NSW
If an owner in a strata complex has an illness such as a type of diabetes that affects the persons brain and thinking process (e.g. hypokalemia), is there a requirement or onus upon that owner to inform the owners corporation of the condition, if that owner intends to nominate to serve on the strata committee?
– Joan, NSW
No, there is no disclosure requirement to share any private medical information.
