I have been bullied by my elderly neighbours for 10 years, I think the lady has a mental health issue and our committee has told me there is nothing they can do. Is this correct? – Dianne, NSW

Hi Dianne, sorry to hear about your problem with the neighbours. The owners corporation, unfortunately do not get involved in individual disputes between neighbours.

This will have to be handled as an individual owner with the neighbour. You can apply to Fair Trading NSW for mediation in an attempt to solve the problem.
