Hello Elizabeth, make sure your managing agent is aware of the harassment and issue. Try and document the exact time and type of harassment to help make your case at mediation. The owners corporation will not be able to resolve disputes between two individuals, however, you can apply for mediation through NSW Fair Trading and hopefully get the issue resolved.
