I don’t believe that the committee in my complex is doing things correctly. There is no notice given for owners of any meetings held, no minutes sent out from meetings – only from the one annual general meeting. I have looked on the Queensland Government website and my understanding is that these things should be happening for each time a meeting is held, is that correct?

Hi Jason, the way in which a committee calls a meeting and distributes the minutes depends on the regulation module of the body corporate. Your scheme may be under the small schemes module, whereby there is less regulation and the committee decides on how the meetings are called and held.
