How do you get rid of an unprofessional onsite property manager? He is the reason some apartments are not getting sold and he has done some shonky things which have been brought to light in the minutes of body corporate meetings. The body corporate would have an agreement with the manager that would provide more details about terms and conditions of employment and termination.
