Soon after, we had light rain and my basement parking and lock up storage were flooded, I have battled up to today the 17th February to have this fixed, as I don’t want to wear gumboots to get to my car. I also store personal things in the storage. Is there a new commissioner that I can call on for help?

Otherwise, you may be able to rely upon NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) for further help and mediation if required.
