The plants on my side of the driveway has died off, because of malfunction of my Retic System for which I pay Water Bill .Who needs to pay for rectifying the Retic System and plants renewal? A: Please review Community Management Statement (CMS) to check if it covers maintenance and responsibility of the garden, watering system or appearance of the property/lot. We would also recommend reviewing your survey plan to determine if the garden is part of the lot or common property. If it is a part of the lot, the owner is responsible for looking after the area.
