Q: Is it mandatory for a committee to notify residents of committee meetings in advance and let them have an agenda?

A: Three clear days’ notice is required to all committee members and owners, by post or email and by placement on the noticeboard.

For properties under 100 lots, placement on the notice board is not mandatory unless a bylaw is registered. Notice days do not include the day of the actual meeting.
