Hi Rod, body corporate meetings are generally not open to people who are not owners, unless they are attending as a proxy for the lot owner. A voter for a general meeting of the body corporate is an individual who is one of the following: their name is recorded on the body corporate roll as the owner or representative of a lot (Proxy/power of attorney); are the nominee of a corporation that represent the lot owner or represent a subsidiary body corporate.
