Q: I have a ventilation problem causing mould and paint delamination in my unit. I have been advised that vents should be installed through the outside/external walls. Is this a strata responsibility, or am I responsible for it?

 

A: This will likely be your responsibility. We advise consulting with either your strata manager or strata committee before starting any works.
