I wish to put in a claim for loss of business, but it’s stated that this cannot be organised. Do I have to pay more fees or is it okay to practice my mediation classes on this strata property?

You will need to have approval to run a business from the property first. If the property is solely for residential occupation, you will not be able to claim loss for business.
