It may also be worth checking with the manager or committee if there has been work on the property that may have changed the water quality (eg a new tank, change to pumps etc). This can help explain and pinpoint the issue with water quality.

It’s also worth checking if all units are expeiencing similar issues with their water. This will help narrow down the cause to either the water supplier, or an issue isolated to just one unit. If it’s just one unit experiencing this issue, the cause will more likely be a pipe issue.
